Out in the sun, in its natural element, the “Old ’57” looks gorgeous and ready for flight! We believe that this is a Fairchild PT-19 that the builder decided to make into a single seater rather than a two seater. She measures in at 53″ long and has a wingspan of 71″. The engine in this beautiful bird is an OS Max 61. We are not sure who built it, but we believe that it was built in southeastern Wisconsin. Everything is quite well made and the builder/artist should feel proud of their creation! If you have any information as to who built her, please let us know. Enjoy!!
